In order to improve the course and to learn of your experiences during the course, I request that you complete two course surveys.

The course surveys are required and performed individually by you at the end of the semester. The surveys use google forms. You will receive an email giving you access to the surveys. You must complete the surveys before you receive a grade for the course. I will not read your surveys until after I have assigned your grade. If you have concerns about completing the surveys, please contact me.

Some of the questions on the survey are open ended questions. Please compose your answers in a word processor. The answers should be at least 50 words, but I expect them to be longer. After you have composed your answer in a word processor, paste them into the text field in the survey.
