There will be 4 presentations each day&#8211;three from the combined CS\/HU teams and one from the HU teams.<\/p>\n<p>If you were on a CS\/HU combined team, you will present with the grad\u00a0students who conducted usability test on the same app. The grad students will\u00a0present first and then introduce you. Please coordinate your presentations with the grad\u00a0students. The combined presentations for the CS\/HU apps should only be <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">15 minutes<\/span> with time for questions. So your part of the presentation will be about <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">minutes<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>If you were on an HU-only team, you will have <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">7 minutes<\/span> to present.<\/p>\n<p>An example outline for your presentation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First grad students introduces him- or herself, names the app and describes the purpose of the app.\n<ul>\n<li>Concisely describe the test process and type of data collect during the testing<\/li>\n<li>Summarize the usability test results \u2013 this should be in only in general terms<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes for the app \u2013 only the most important changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Each following person or group should<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduce self or team members<\/li>\n<li>Concisely describe the test process and type of data collected<\/li>\n<li>Summarize the usability test results in general terms<\/li>\n<li>Recommend the most important changes for the app<\/li>\n<li>Avoid repeating what previous speakers have mentioned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The final group should explain that more\u00a0information is available in the Usability Test Reports, which will be posted on the team&#8217;s websites<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the final week of the semester, all teams will present preliminary results from your usability testing.
